ABQ Day 4

At Kelly's (restaurant) having a beer and some green chile cheese fries and getting a little sunburned. I didn't think about sunscreen since it was about 65 degrees. Oops...

Waiting for our lunch at Streetfood Asia. Ella keeping herself entertained with a sippy cup.

Ella's first piggyback ride. She seemed to like it, especially playing with her Daddy's ears.

Sunday morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Kelly, Arielle, and Sandler. Then we played, relaxed a bit, and got ready until Ella's morning nap. It was a short nap, which was unfortunate, but we were determined to get out for a bit. So, we borrowed a stroller and headed off for Nob Hill. This area is a bunch of little shops and restaurants, great for walking around and enjoying the beautiful weather. Ella did very well despite her short nap and not wanting to get into the stroller at first. After a few hours in the fresh air, we headed back to Arielle and Kelly's and Ella crashed for a long nap.

After Ella woke up, we dropped the kiddos off at Cindy's and Arielle, Kelly, Jeff, Uncle Dave and I went out to dinner. We wanted to get some New Mexico Mexican food, but that turned out to be a bit of a challenge. The first place we went had an hour wait, which we didn't have time for. The second place we went was closed. Finally, the third time was the charm, Los Cuates was open and not on a wait. All I really wanted was a margarita and some sopapillas, and I'm happy to report that I got them. After dinner, we went and got the kids and headed back to Kelly and Arielle's for bed.
